Smokin' on the Beaver (early report)

Returned from the BBQ event in Atwood Kansas today:

Did not get much sleep, needed to keep the fires going during the night, as we cooked with wood this time.

We ran 3 smokers at the same time.

Here is s sample of the pork butt at the end of the smoking and cooking process.
