Replacing window blinds in rv trailer

The original window blinds that came with the trailer were made of metal and were not secured at the bottom of the blind, when traveling they would move and get caught on the window cranks and window frames, and get bent as seen in the picture. ugly !!!

This picture shows the new vinyl blinds installed with clear plastic brackets holding the bottom of the blind in place, a big improvement

The blinds were ordered through Rusty's Originals in Fredrick Colorado, all blinds were measured and ordered, all blinds came perfectly sized for each window

experimenting with you tube

This afternoon I took back (to Gander Mountain) the ugly stick fishing pole that I broke last Saturday, snagging for salmon.
They did not have the same model that I originally purchased, SO, I traded for a lightweight rod & reel ( maybe I will catch Brookies with it Ummmm).

Now, not having a snagging rig I just HAD to go to Bass Pro and get another heavier pole. They had a combo with another ugly stick for 39.00, I put 18 pound test line on it ( that should work)

hey, it works!

Still preparing for rv travels

Not much on the travel front today, working our jobs today,

Since we use the internet and do sales when we are traveling, I checked out the printer that we use in the trailer and found the ink cartages dried up, went to office max to get new ones and could not find the model of our printer in their books, (maybe time for a new one, they are on sale).
Maybe I will check it out more tomorrow.

Dinner tonight was wiper fish ( caught by a friend Rusty) fried in batter and olive oil Yummm.
