Earlier this week a group of Senior Citizens were making their way to Yellowstone National Park to see the sights, what they saw was far from what they ever expected to see here in America.
The seniors, and thousands of other people on tour buses, found themselves inside Yellowstone National Park just as the Government Shutdown started. When they tried to make their way out of the park, they were confronted by armed park police who locked them inside a Yellowstone National Park hotel.
Rangers then systematically started to remove visitors out of the park. Buses were told not to stop anywhere on the 2.5 hour trip out of the park, and banned the buses from even stopping at private bathrooms along the route.
To ensure the buses had nowhere to stop along the route, park rangers threatened a private dude ranch, where tour groups normally stopped during the tour, that their license would be revoked if they allowed buses to stop and use their facilities.

A group of Yellowstone National Park tourists felt the wrath of The Shutdown last week when their trip was interrupted by armed rangers.
The group of 41 senior citizens from around the world was scheduled to spent two nights at the Old Faithful Inn. On Monday, they spent the day touring the area.
On Tuesday, they headed out for their second day of sightseeing in America’s oldest and most popular national park.
Gordon Hodgson, the tour director, pulled the bus over to let his group take pictures of a large herd of bison. An armed park ranger pulled up behind them and ordered them to get back in their bus, saying they couldn’t “recreate” and could be charged with trespassing.
Hodgson, who paid a $300 fee the day before to bring the group into the park, argued that the seniors weren’t “recreating,” they were just taking photographs.
“The armed ranger said, ‘Sir, you are recreating,’ and her tone became very aggressive,” said Pat Vaillancourt, one of the tourists in Hodgson’s group.
“She told me you need to return to your hotel and stay there,” Hodgson said. “This is just Gestapo tactics. We paid a lot to get in. All these people wanted to do was take some pictures. The national parks belong to the people. This isn’t right.”
The group returned to the Old Faithful Inn. The hotel is located adjacent to the Old Faithful geyser – which was, of course, blocked off by Barrycades.
According to Vaillancourt, armed rangers stayed at the door to the hotel.
“They looked like Hulk Hogans, armed. They told us you can’t go outside,” she said. “Some of the Asians who were on the tour said, ‘Oh my God, are we under arrest?’ They felt like they were criminals.”
Last week, World War II veterans attempted to visit their memorial in Washington D.C., only to find that Obama had issued an order to close the memorial and access would be forbidden.
Visitors to other national parks and memorials have experienced the same frustration and disappointment.
This is just more jackbooted thuggery from President Stompy Feet and The “Spite House”, and it looks like it isn’t going to end anytime soon.

Citing Examiner’s report from Saturday – “Feds close Florida oceans: Florida Bay Charter owner says ‘they’re killing us’” — Ross is now calling for “every charter
boat fisherman across Florida, Louisiana, Texas and Alabama (who is
able) to get his or her vessels ready for underway for a coordinated
mission to recover your stolen rights as Americans.”
I want 1000 to 2000 charter boats filling the water way
that was closed and confiscated illegally by President Obama under his

“I’m going to fill my waterway with boats,” Ross told Examiner Monday. “Charter boats, rowboats, canoes, kayaks, I don’t care.”

This will not be the first time Ross has helped organize a show of mutiny over the closing of Florida’s fishing waters.
“I’ve done this before,” Ross said.
On Nov. 7, 2009, more than 100 boats — including about 70 charter boats –gathered to form a blockade of Destin’s East Pass in
Fort Walton, Fla. to protest the closure of “snapper season on
September 20, 2009 and the amberjack season on October 24, 2009” by the
National Marine Fisheries Service.
The flotilla — organized by the Destin Charter Boat Association – was assisted by Ross.
Ross told Examiner that the event was also attended by a couple of Coast Guard vessels.
“But they didn’t try to stop us at all,” Ross said. “They knew I wasn’t going to stand down.”
And now I’m going to do it again.
While Ross said he has already received “quite a few” calls,” he is coordinating with fishing charter boat captains in South Florida’s Hernando County to determine what day would best suit their schedules to launch the new show-of-force blockade.
Ross said it will take about a week to pull everything together.
Ross also told Examiner that he has been discussing the matter with Florida Gov.Rick Scott.
“He’s a good friend of mine,” Ross assured. “I have talked to him personally”
I have sent an action requirement to his chief of staff and they are currently looking at it as we speak.
“I just got off phone with Gov. Scott,” Ross added, “and he’s looking into legal action against Obama.”
After contacting Gov. Scott’s office, Scott’s press secretary — Jackie Schutz – told Examiner by email:
We will get back to you on this.
“The Florida Constitution is very clear in that ownership of all the all navigable waters in the State is in the people as individual State Citizens in their united Sovereignty,” Ross wrote Sunday.
As Ross told Examiner Monday, government shutdown or not, “the federal government has no authority to shut down state waters — period.”
Ross appears to be correct. Article X, §11 of the Florida Constitutionstates:
SECTION 11. Sovereignty lands.—The title to lands under navigable waters, within the boundaries of the state, which have not been alienated, including beaches below mean high water lines, is held by the state,
by virtue of its sovereignty, in trust for all the people. Sale of such
lands may be authorized by law, but only when in the public interest.
Private use of portions of such lands may be authorized by law, but only
when not contrary to the public interest.
As Ross noted further Sunday, “the Florida Supreme Court spoke to this” by its ruling in the case of Odom v. Deltona Corp. on Nov. 30, 1976.
In reviewing this case, Find Law.com concluded:
The rights of the people of the states in the navigable waters and
the lands thereunder, including the shore or space between ordinary high
and low waters marks, relate to navigation, commerce, fishing, bathing,
and other easements allowed by law. These rights are designed to
promote the general welfare and are subject to lawful regulation by the states,
and such regulation is subordinate to the powers of Congress as to
interstate commerce, navigation, post roads, etc., and to the
constitutional guaranties of private property rights.
“DO not fear,” Ross wrote Sunday, “we must come in force. I will lead
the first boat across the line if you so choose but this honor must go
to a Charter Boat Captain.”

Just before the weekend, the National Park Service informed charter boat captains
in Florida that the Florida Bay was "closed" due to the shutdown. Until
government funding is restored, the fishing boats are prohibited from
taking anglers into 1,100 square-miles of open ocean. Fishing is also
prohibited at Biscayne National Park during the shutdown.
The Park Service will also have rangers on duty to police the ban. Of
access to an ocean. The government will probably use more personnel and
spend more resources to attempt to close the ocean, than it would in
its normal course of business.
This is governing by temper-tantrum. It is on par with the
government's ham-fisted attempts to close the DC WWII Memorial, an
open-air public monument that is normally accessible 24 hours a day. By
accessible I mean, you walk up to it. When you have finished reflecting,
you then walk away from it.
At least that Memorial is an actual structure, with some kind of
perimeter that can be fenced off. Florida Bay is the ocean. How, pray
tell, do you "close" 1,100 square miles of ocean? Why would one even
need to do so?
Apparently, according to an anonymous Park Service ranger, “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can. It’s disgusting.”
Centuries ago, King Canute famously failed to command the ocean tide
to stop. His display was actually a means to educate his subjects on the
limits of royal power. Today, however, our President actually believes
he has the power to control the oceans.
Americans are being treated to political theater
at its finest. It’s not a theater of entertainment, however, but a
coliseum of enslavement where in the world of deception, perception
becomes reality.
This theater requires audience participation, where we,
the theater-goers, become part of the play. We are a truly captive
audience, entranced into mindlessly choosing sides at the frenzied
urging of the corporate media and partisan cheerleaders firmly seated
behind the microphones and television cameras of the nationally syndicated media.
As the play progresses, we, the American
people, become part of each act, believing that we actually have a
voice in this pre-scripted performance.
We are bombarded with lie after
lie, each worse than the previous in an attempt to convince us that we
can making a difference by choosing and cheering seemingly opposing
sides on the stage before us.
The biggest lie of them all is that there
are not two sides, but just one. It’s “them versus us” in a fight to the
death playing out before us in this 21st century Shakespearean tragedy.
It’s not just death, but the premeditated murder of the middle class
and anyone without a reservation at the globalists’ table. And the space
at that table is limited.
The actors
of this play are ostensibly at odds over funding the Affordable Care
Act while a peek behind the curtain tells a different story altogether.
Like any play, the ending of this has already been determined. The
ending, however, is not the same as written in the commemorative program
you were given upon your arrival at this theater.
The house lights have been dimmed not
just for the performance, but to induce us into a hypnotic trance
further enabled by the media mouthpieces of malice. As you gradually
become accustomed to the theater lighting, you’ll see that it’s not just
a play, but you’re being played. You’re being manipulated into
believing that the government shutdown is the actual plot of the play,
while it is merely the method to continue the lie of a fictitious
political paradigm.
Audience members
who remain seated and captivated by the stellar performances of the
actors, while maintaining a mental death-grip on the media cheering
“their side,” are sadly in the majority. They are yelling at just above a
throaty whisper at us and others who see beyond and behind the curtain,
telling us to sit down and shut up, as we are reaching a critical
moment in the performance.
Meanwhile, the clock is ticking toward
the October 17th deadline when we the U.S. will officially run out of
money in this scripted, manufactured crisis. As the play builds up to
its epilogue of evil, it serves its critical purpose of entertaining the
masses and diverting our attention from the real issue, which is the
killing of the U.S. dollar. The premeditated murder of the United States
Petro-dollar is the real act taking place behind the velvet
curtain. The play merely buys the actors, the murderers of the working
class and the world as we will have once known it, time to arrange their
own exodus from this coliseum turned theater.
The actors. aided by the media of
malice, continue to perform brilliantly and are effectively distracting
the majority of us through the final curtain call. Then, as the actors
take their bows amid thunderous applause by the uninitiated, the
majority of the audience will never see “it” coming.
They will not see the stagehands open
the cages of the lions while simultaneously closing the doors and
blocking the exits. The thunderous applause at the curtain call will
hide the sound of the engines on the Lear jets and the rotor noise on
the helicopters that will whisk the actors to safety, away from the
unspeakable carnage that was planned from the beginning.
By the time the screams from those who remained dutifully seated become unbearable, the globalist bankers,
the money changers, the power brokers pulling the strings of the
political puppets, will be far from earshot. When the house lights are
turned on, the remaining theatergoers who survived will suddenly awaken
to a different life. For it was never about what was seen, but always
about what was hidden.
It was never about the government shutdown, but
the shutdown of the majority. The same majority that continues to cheer
for their side, unable or unwilling to comprehend that there is only one
side. Their side.
How concerned would you be if President Obama were promoting revenge —
using government resources — against conservative thought and activism?
Recently I viewed two e-mails — one from President Obama and the other
from a Regional Director — sent to all employees — of a very powerful
federal agency. These e-mails were marked confidential.
I am not sure why an e-mail, sent to thousands of uniformed federal
employees, would be marked confidential. Suffice it to say the content
of these e-mails revealed the next step of Obama's sinister agenda.
Vilify conservative ideology and sanction acts of revenge against
conservatives within the community of government employees. If you think
the IRS scandal was intimidating, imagine what it will be like when all
federal employees view conservatism as an enemy.
I cannot reprint or even quote these letters for fear of compromising
and endangering another person for innocently revealing these e-mails.
Obama's e-mail could not be copied or excerpted. Therefore, I will
paraphrase the content.
The letter from the Regional Director (again the name of the agency
cannot be revealed) covers guidelines for furlough, the suspension of
all vacation and sick leave, and the mandatory furloughing of all
non-exempt employees. It also states that non-furloughed employees will
not be paid for the duration of the shutdown or until appropriations are
approved through the passage of a continuing resolution, currently
stalled in the US Congress. It goes on to warn employees that if they
choose not to work during the shutdown they will be furloughed
indefinitely.
I do not know about you, but if my boss told me I would have to work
without a paycheck or be furloughed, I would not be happy. I would be
looking for someone to blame and I might even look to execute some form
of revenge for this transgression. Government employees are worried, and
that worry is about to turn into anger. Anger directed at those they
may blame for the government shutdown.

provides these people with a target for their anger and revenge:
conservatives.

lays the blame for the government shutdown and resulting furloughs on

President is directing his anger at his political enemies and is

of speech, and the freedom to protest against Obama mandates, President
Obama is providing government employees with the motivation to seek
reprisals against his opposition. This is seditious.
The number of federal employees is in the millions. Every department
at the federal level is seeing furloughs. Government employees are
wondering when they will get there next paycheck. It's likely that all
of them received President Obama's flame-throwing email, his personal
call to target and vilify conservatives. To organize his federal family
communities to fight back against those that oppose his political
takeover of America.
If a Republican mayor had told his uniformed employees that black
voters support economic decay that leads to the destruction of the
community, the public would be outraged. The United States Department of
Justice and its Attorney General would jump to the rescue. Civil rights
activists would be calling for careers to end and lawsuits brought. Yet

Republicans and the Tea Party are to blame for the destruction of the

For the last couple of days we’ve been covering the closure of the National Parks.
One thing that’s been largely ignored by most media outlets, is the
huge number of people who are now without a home thanks to the
government shutdown.
The National Park Service(NPS) has issued a warning to all people
residing in the parks — in campgrounds, in rvs in the backcountry, or on
houseboats in the marinas — that they will be required to leave the
parks by 3 p.m. Thursday and find other accommodations.
Yesterday, I talked to a number of these people as they were being
forced out of the National Parks that they call home. From people who
live full-time in Houseboats, to Fulltime Rvers who call the backcountry
their home, NPS has now started to target those who live in the parks.
Yesterday people were scrambling to figure out what they were going
to do as park officials told them they were no longer welcome; many of
them pay monthly fees to moor their boats on the lake, and for most of
them this is their only home. I talked to a number of people who’ve
lived out on Lake Mead for over 20 years who now have no place to go and
no way to move their massive houseboats.
To add insult to injury, NPS officials at Lake Mead National Park
actually took the time to pull out every single boat dock on the lake.
Now people who wanted to retrieve their boats, are unable to do so.

From our shutdown order:
Congress has not provided appropriations for fiscal year
2014. Pursuant to applicable legal requirements in the Antideficiency
Act and Attorney General opinions addressing agency operations in the
absence of appropriations, the Forest Service is unable to administer federally-owned recreation facilities.
Consequently these facilities will be shut down and posted accordingly
with signs provided, with gates locked where they exist, restrooms
locked, and water systems shut down. Visitors in occupied sites would
be given 48 hours to vacate, with the area shut down as the last visitor
leaves, not to exceed 48 hours.
In other words, we pay all the bills, run the parks in an independent
manner, have no USFS people stationed in the parks, but we have to shut
down because the Forest Service can no longer "administer" the
facilities. Huh? What day-to-day administration is necessary.
Remember that the USFS itself did not think their presence was
necessary, originally confirming on Tuesday that we would stay open as
we had in all past shutdowns.
We often go weeks and months in these facilities without ever seeing a
USFS manager. The USFS considers it so important to have staff
available to "administer" these facilities that none of their recreation
personnel work on weekends or on holidays, by far and away the busiest
and most difficult times in these facilities. PS- I see the part about the Attorney General. Did Eric Holder
decide to close us? Doesn't he know that poor and minorities
disproportionately use public vs. private recreation? Isn't that a
disparate impact issue in closing us?
