After cleaning out the suburban, I am preparing for our next adventure, In Salida, Colorado.

lans are to, prepare a pheasant bbq feast for folks, Recieved the BEST Itilian sausages, and brats known to man from the Brat house in Aurora Co. from chef Rick.
I am also going to prepare the doves we acquired (on the trip to Nebraska), the same way we do the pheasants, to compare the taste between the two.
